Made an appointment to have a screw removed that was giving me a slow leak. Got their on time, showed them where the leak was. Took 45 minutes to plug it. WTH, I could have had two oil changes. Way to long and their show room was under construction. Thanks for wasting my whole lunch break Highland IN. Tire Barn.

Called Tire Barn for a quote. I was given a quote on a set of Falken Ziex ZE950 tires and I made an appointment. Nobody said anything when I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, tires were already installed. They told me that they were out of stock for the Falkens so they moved me up to the next better tire with a better mileage warranty. The manager is very unprofessional and rude. While waiting for my car, I witnessed him nearly get into a physical altercation with another customer. It was hard to understand the situation due to the manager using profanity nearly every word. Needless to say, I won't be bringing my vehicles here any longer and neither will anyone that I know. Poor taste Tire Barn. I only hope other locations...
