The staff at the check in counter dress a #10.
Very courteous. Just very willing to make the guests comfortable.

My friend and I stayed at the Sheraton during a weekend trip to see an old friend. Check-in was prompt and friendly. The lobby is nice, very open with faux trees, places to sit and a gazebo-type bar in the middle. All the rooms are suites and are spacious. Overall it was a great choice. The only negative is the walls are a little thin and it was a little noisy the first night because of a wedding reception in the main atrium area.
