i had bought a car from timebuyers in batavia ny...and that was the worse mistake of my life...with not even owning the car for a week it was having troubles took it back to the dealership and they could not fix..the problem year later the engine went and they fix it but it was an engine from a junk yard....and was also later a couple of days on payment and they at my door....i finally gave up...

In my 55 years of buying cars I have never had such a bad experience as I had at the batavia dealership. I would strongly tell anyone to not buy there because they will not stand behind what they sell and the interest is as much as the purchase price of their vehicle. Very poor dealership.

We also purchased a vehicle from Timebuyers in Batavia and had some issues with it at first they did take care of them pretty quick but did make a point that they weren't going to turn a used car into new our experience with them when we had a payment issue was different. I bought a car from the Batavia store a couple months ago. That sales guy Brad was not that brite. Luke did my paperwork and was real nice. When I was a couple days late he called and wasn't that nice about it. but when prob with car he was real helpful again. in end not a bad place.
