Dependability

My telephone service has been out three times within the past week. (Mar 13, 2012).

I've had the service for years and they continue to sell the service for $40-50 less that what I am paying. No reward for customer loyalty!

Time Warner is by far the worst service that we have ever tried to get. We just moved into a new neighborhood and they were our only option unless we went with a company like Direct TV or Dish Network, The customer service is the worst. No one seems to know what they are talking about. The installer came out last week and brought the wrong equipment. The next installer came out 4 days later and...
