poor customer service. they are happy to leave you with the impression that they are doing you a favor. their poor installation has lead to an outage and they will fix it only on dates that are convenient for them. I''m looking forward to my new satellite tv.

customer service representatives don't care when you call with an issue. we were told by a representative to switch to the dish if we were upset with the service... so we did. once we spent a total of 8 hours on the phone with them when they charged our bank account without our permission. channel line up includes mostly blank channels or ones you must pay for to view. save yourself the...

I just want to know when the travel channel became the food network?
