This new channel alignment is horrible. Local channels are separated, adult channels are listed near some of the local channels, and there doesn't appear to be any logical pattern. Very frustrated! Great reflection on the leadership of this company.

The new channel set up is a disaster. The channels are listed several times for the same channel in the scroll. Are some supposedly better quality? The channels are not grouped correctly. The History Channel and History Channel 2 are not together. Channels are not tiered by price. Many channels in my scroll shamelessly ask for additional funds. Please reconsider. So tired of the Internet never working right until I bought my own modem (TWC would not replace mine that I was paying for from them....junk!) Then my cable is constantly missing channels. Which I believe is caused by their bad cable box. It's funny how you want to watch a show and the channel don't come in...but other times it works. I refuse to keep paying for bad service! What a hot mess!!
