While vacationing I made a stop at Hospice by the Bay. They have some great prices and interesting items. I just wish the staff was more helpful. Other then that I was pretty happy with the shop. I wish I lived closer because this is the kind of place I could have spent hours in! We only had about 20 minutes to spare. Pretty cool shop... Check it out if you can!

Two stories of cheap prices make Thrift Town a must-hit every time I am in the Mission. Besides the typical thrift-store style clothing, they also have a great selection of newer books upstairs. thrift town has tons of clothing for women, some are priced crazy low. while the prices of other items are high, too high for the quality in my opinion. The 2nd floor is all housewares and electronics and there are so many great deals up there! Check out the furniture and the seasonal sections (esp. xmas if you're looking for kitchsy it can't be beat!).
