I went back yesterday to have my haircut my Sloane and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and my hair looks just like the photo. Yesterday was the best haircut I have ever gotten!

Too bad Zero * not available. After allowing this business to get my hair color right after 4 tries, I finally spoke with one of the owners, Lester Crowell and the customer service manager, Christina Herrera, whom I dealt with on many occasions, today via speaker phone. The owner informed me that I'm not allowed back to the salon, they will NOT do my hair again and I will not get a refund as I only want free work? How does blonde partial highlights become overall red hair??? More of this review to come...
