ZERO stars I would! They have not only NOT fixed our heater - but charged to come out and "repair" a part that was under warranty still and THEY installed incorrectly! BEWARE- they will still charge you, even when they did NOT correct their job and if you try not to pay - will turn you over to collection agency for 125.00! Reporting them to Better Business Bureau
