If you want to have a good seat and really enjoy a show, go to this theatre. You are in an intimate environment and you feel like you are in a grand theatre. Great acoustics and sound.

The Ahmanson is a great place for theater, musicals, plays and events. I enjoy going there for the star perfomrances and when stars aren't on stage I know I'll still get a good show. I've seen most of the musicals, and some of the plays. Good service too. Check it out.

The quality of the shows at the Ahmanson is such that even the shows I haven't enjoyed all that much have still been well-produced. While larger than the Mark Taper, I have found that visibility is still quite good from anywhere in the house and I was pleased to note that the box seats are actual box seats--some theaters have done away with those altogether.
