Delightful hike Aug. 10 in Monte Bello with Greg, Debbi, and Huey-shin. Watched the sun set across a sea of fog from Black Mt., as the moon rose between Mt. Hamilton and Mt. Umunhum. The lights of Silicon Valley were beautiful as well, but I imagined what it would be like if there were no open space, and the lights covered the land all the way to the ocean. We are blessed to have open lands set...

The Purisima Redwood Oxygen trail hike, was GORGEOUS! This hike was on July 5th, and led by three docents (Paul, Bob and Sam). I've done the Frigga---- (Friday, the 13th tour) two times at Russian Ridge, and though I've enjoyed myself, it was always FREEZING. I've enjoyed the knowledge that these docents shared, today. Thanks, guys!
