I just had Thompson's Comfort Connection install our very first AC unit for our two story home. Bill, the owner was very helpful and informative. I had three other companies come to my home to give me a bid and Thompson's was the lowest price of the other three companies and re did some of my duct work to make sure I had AC air going throughout the house. Very high priced

Showed up. Bid wasn't written down so you didn't know the break down of charges. When checking with other companies they were 4 times higher. They bid 800.00 for repairs was able to get fixed for 330.00 and that included other parts they didn't bid. Check around before using them.
