Like most people I read reviews from many sources before to buy a product-----or choose a contractor. Looking at Thompson's reviews---particularly on citysearch----it appears that Thompson is engaging in unethical behavior. How likely is that most positive Thompson reviewers shopped at the EXACT same stores? Even more, they include the Infinity, Mercedes, Scion and Mazda dealerships in Bedford Ohio near Cleveland. (among others) Go to the citysearch reviews and click on the reviewer names----you'll quickly see what I mean. (including that fact that many reviewers don't live near Cincinnati) To create dozens of fictitious glowing reviews to create a fraudulent track record is unethical and uncool. What can you believe on the internet? Apparently not Thompson's reviews.....
Evan, from Thompson, was at my house today from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. replacing my furnace and air conditioner. This was a big decision for my husband and I. We had two estimates and Evan made it easy. He talked to us in layman's terms and now we are "Thompson people" after being with another company for 19 years.
Thompson's repair men were very friendly and helpful. They told me step by step what was taking play. The techs were also very good with my grandson, who has disabilities. A++
