I love Dr. Orton! He has always been very friendly and warm to me, and has taken great care of my cats in the past. In response to the other review, I have brought multiple animals (most was 4 cats at once) into the office plenty of times…

Very rude and entirely self-absorbed ... same for his staff who promote the same attitude at the front desk. Forget customer service.. you are expected to jump through hoops for them... talked down to, comments or thoughts go unanswered…
