Horrible. Very condescending and wouldnt listen to anything I said. After two visits I still havent been able to tell him all of my symptoms because he will not take the time to listen. (type 2 diabetic) I feel that I discovered Dr. Hughes none too soon. Blood sugar was in the a1c of 8 and higher. I was using large doses of insulin. Average 45 units during the day and 88 units of lantus long lasting at bed time.
