These guys seriously know what they are doing. I have had about 6 guitars worked on by them over the last couple of years and they have all been perfect. I took my ESP Stephen Carpenter signature for repairs about a year ago. They replaced the jack with the wrong size screws so it was loose and on the verge of falling out, so I had to take it back. They filed down the nut so much that the strings would buzz. The changed my pickup heights to balance the output on all pickups.
