I was very disappointed with the quality of care provided by Dr Huyen. She failed to listen to me and tried to put me in the same box of all of her other patients with the same symptoms. After I questioned plan she terminated me as a patient. Very poor communication and business practices. It's a shame because her nurse practitioner is absolutely amazing.

I am writing about the DeLand office. Its horrible, they never answer the phone and I have needed refills and they are "out to lunch". I am leaving this doctor and going to a group that answers the phone!! HORRIBLE!!!! I will never recommend this office to anyone. On several occasions I have requested lab work that they will not do and it has to do with my thyroid. Ridiculous, they don't...

Joined this practice after my current doctor retired. Reading the reviews I thought this would be a good fit. I made a decision I regret. Have been to the office 6 times and have yet to see the doctor. The PA is very nice, but raised a question for me when I was told that there was nothing he could do that he PA could not. He offers solutions that actually work for me instead of pushing the latest trend or pharmaceutical if it won't provide the best result. My husband and I moved here from out of state and finding the right doctor was a challenge. Feel so fortunate to have to have found Dr. Meredith and the New Smyrna Wellness Center. He is amazing, listens, cares and finds solutions. The entire staff is just as professional and caring.
