I've been here over a year and it's been great. It's a prime location right on the water within walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and the building is very well kept and clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location and modern living conditions!

The location of this building sells itself! I absolutely love the fact that as a single woman living alone, I can walk to a coffee shop across the street feeling safe. The two restaurants in the building below are nice and convenient to have. I also enjoy the easy access to the freeway. The apartments are very spacious and open and I really enjoy my city view.
