The Yoga Connection is fantastic. Their teachers and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, it is definitely my favorite yoga studio to go to.

We went to the sound session virtually depleted from our year of intense work, The experience both my husband and I had was profound. We found the restorative power of this session to be immense. Ms Dvorjak brought the sound in a competent and clear way, The room felt safe and secure. We are looking forward to the next session, as the effects of the sound bath linger on into this new morning.

Yoga Connection has been the best experience of my life! (And I've had a lot of great experiences)

I came to the Yoga Connection School by luck--they were centrally located. Years of sitting in front of a computer, and some serious stress in life, had made me feel much older than I am.
