Incompetent snow removal company

Yard Works is unreliable and for snowplowing and landscaping. Ask any resident in the Westwinds. They have failed to clear our driveways and streets. The City of Cleveland does better job. I would not hire them if you want to get to work

Poor service and unreliable, sloppy plowing

This company provides the worst plowing and landscaping that I have ever seen. Our driveways and roadways in the Westwinds are worse than the city of Cleveland. They are sloppy, careless and completely unreliable. I wish our board would fire them.

I have used Yard Works for the past 4 years and am very happy with their performance. Whenever you have a problem, they are always willing to correct it, and are always willing to explain anything you ask them.
