Last fall we contracted Window Pros to redo the siding on our house and a contract was signed. Work was delayed for various reasons. Once work began the original crew had to be replaced. We were told originally that the work would take ten days to two weeks.Work was not finished until early December. Early this spring several sections of trim came off the house. On July 5, 2007 Garth Bornschlegl of the Window Pros sold me 18 Nova Star Windows. The bank somehow released my 18,000 and he received this prior to the end of July. It is now almost 1 yr later and Bornshlegl has NEVER made good on his promises to put in my windows and then when that failed, he failed to give me a refund once he couldnt produce the windows.
