Lacking professionalism, skill, and courtesy
When I cracked the screen on my iPhone, I went to The Web Zone because they advertise this as a same day repair. It ended up taking an entire week because when it was first returned to me, I couldn't hear through the speaker. When I came back to their office, they initially refused to take responsibility.
