We had not been here in 40 years and decided to return for our Anniversary. The staff was very friendly, and the food was awesome & well prepared. I recommend you eat at the Tap Room at the Resort when in Waynesville! They even fixed us a special desert!

My husband and I met family and friends here for a quick getaway. We drove in from Winston Salem, NC and they drove in from Charleston, SC. It took us about 2 1/2 hours - nice drive though. It was easy to find the Inn. It was much smaller than I had been expecting but that is not a bad...

Stay was pleasant with very reasonable price. Location of the hotel is beautiful. Stayed in the historic room. Room was old as historic , Bed was not comfortable needs upgrade. Overall worth for the money spent.

the room was nice but the quality not up to what we had expected. Though the room was clean, the maid service good and the bed was comfortable.
We enjoyed the quietness of the room and area and how excessable the area was to the Blue Ridge Mountian Parkway, that is an amazing drive.

Vacation in the mountains

Stayed here for vacation to the Biltmore Estae in Asheville. Found this hotel on Travelzoo. Met our needs for the visit. The hotel is rustic but very nice. Great hot/cold breakfast selection. Beds were comfortable and clean (my wife checked). The golf course must be nice. It was very busy the 2 weekdays that we we stayed there.
