We arrived at 11pm and were greeted by people in there pajamas. Was given a room and was told the in room heater did not work and was told there was a space heater to warm the room. Got in the room and immediately turned the heater on since it was really cold in the room. 25 minutes later we could still see our breath. Went to turn on the jacuzzi the light above the jacuzzi did not turn on....

The first thing that hit us on entering the room is the odor of ground in smoke and mold. After that, the king size bed was dished from wear, a broken spring poked one of us, the bedspread dirty, not enough towels, sheets, and pillows, sheets were stained, thread-bare towels/washcloths, the heater/AC didn't heat, and the shower faucet knobs came off. The tub leaked on the floor after a shower....

The room was clean and house keeping had done a good job but for one thing, the room had somthing of an unpleasant odor hence all the windows were open but it did not help much, the refrigerator did not work nor did the ice machine outside. We have stayed in much better places for a little more than half the price between NY and FL so were somewhat dissapointed. I would say that a 2 star rating...
