My problem with THIS UPS Store is I went to them for packing, and shipping, and now that my son's computer is damaged they are tell me the item was insufficiently packaged...stating I refused the additional bubble wrap for the package. I love this store and I love coming here. They've always been extremely helpful for whatever I need done. The only reason I rate it less than 5 stars is that I find it to be a bit pricey, however, depending on what you are doing/buying/sending/making... the price can be worth it.
