Don't try to ship a large item. The fill every square in. w/ merch. They also do not provide any help in shipping items. Wanted to charge for rolls of tape & $2 labor fee to tape a box themselves.

I am absolutely baffled how this UPS is still in business. I have never had such a consistently awful experience at any place of business like I have had here. I own an online business which requires me to ship out a lot of products and just moved to the spring hill area. When I was in Orlando I used UPS to ship and always had a great experience.
