I went in and printed a shipping label using a USB (which I inserted directly into the copy machine). When I went to pay for the copy i was charged $2 for "computer use" as "it is the same as a USB stick". Silly charge, bad business practice

Service is pretty mediocre and slow. If you need to ship by UPS this is the place to go... but avoid it if you can. The FedEx store on Market near Dolores is fully staffed and has much responsive...
