This place has got to be the most expensive ups store in Orlando. The prices for everything in the store are higher then other stores in the area. They will try to charge you as most they possibly can. On several occasions they insisted I needed a bigger box, their excuse "if the item is damaged in that box it will not be covered by insurance. I never take the time to write reviews but this place deserve it! I when in las weekend looking for good Ice cream and me and my family (12ppl) decide to give it a try!! WOW!! We had 2 coupons of $10 each and when we told the lady she inform us that unfortunally was 1 coupon at a time......

Went in with friends -we both had vouchers to get $10 of gelato -woman behind the counter was not happy to accept both vouchers as she was adamant we were all one family despite their being two different names on the vouchers -she was attempting to argue until we pointed out that the voucher stated that we could also purchase...
