"POOR SERVICE"

This store OFFERED to help out the customers from the closing of the Riverdale store due to owner operator passing away. Then holds our mail hostage until we open up a box with them. I asked if they would return to sender the checks that had been mailed, their response was I would have to pay a twenty dollar mail handling fee. My gripe is that they NEVER should have offered to HELP if it was...

Zero Stars - Do not use this UPS store in fact head right to the Post Office or a Fed Ex store. I spent $30 to simply have a document next day air and I found out a week later it still wasn't there…

Be careful of SURCHARGES.
Coprate tells them NOT to post that they charge you a SURCHARGE.... yet they say that they do NOT hide it....?
Ask about SURCHARGES!
