I will never go here again. The service wasn't bad at all but who is going to put dollars in a jar at UPS. A tip jar really?

This is a great UPS store. I sometimes have to return items to Amazon, so I drop them off at this UPS location because it's so convenient. The staff is friendly, pleasant and efficient. It's my understanding that they don't get any money for prepaid returns like mine, but the staff is gracious and cheerful accepting them. Very nice!

Was just at this store. Young gent was fantastic. Dealt with my stupidity with patience and courteousness. Sorted out what I wanted in short time and I left feeling happy about his great service and awesome attitude.

I've been meaning to write this review for months now.This is specifically to commend Kareem.I live locally and pop in occasionally to mail stuff.Every time Kareem is working, I see him provide great service, maintain a level head under pressure, deal with multiple customers at a time and handle everything with a smile.Kudos to this guy - he puts up with a lot and does it all with grace.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never ever go to the UPS store again. I was not even acknowledged as a customer and I was one of 2 in the store. Marissa was so pre-occupied with another customer's dog, the conversation with her co-worker and singing along to the music on the …
