Went in to mail a simple envelope of documents. The lady was very unfriendly, no smile, not helpful....kept writing something while I stood there for at least 3 minutes...that is a long time to...

2nd package that I received totally damaged. Box has holes in it OMG! Last time this happened I was told the driver knew the package was damaged but left it at my house anyways!!!
This is a disagrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
