This is my second year living at The Summit and I have absolutely loved it. Things have not been perfect, but the management and support staff have been quick to help. Gina and Carlos are amazing! I haven't enjoyed apartment living this much!

This place was great in the beginning. When Andrew was the asst Manager. He was responsive and on top of things. He was transferred and all hell broke loose. Break ins and car being vandalized along with unresponsive Mgmt! The worst Mgmt to date! They are annoyed if you report an issue. The visitors parking is a mess and can never have guests over. The worst place ever!!!

Its gone to the dogs eversince greystar took over. Its a pity, since the apartments are lovely, the new local management unfortunately are the worst you will ever meet.
