We have been going to the Spa Shop for the last 12 years. They are a small family owned business, but they go above and beyond to provide excellent service.We purchased a spa from them about 10 years ago and we continue to buy all of our products for the spa and pool from them. They almost always wind up helping us either get our pool open or closed, or both. As far as we are concerned, Jill and Lois are two of the most knowledgable people in the business. They are up on all the current trends in the industry and are able to offer advice that helps make maintenance easier. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called ahead to be sure they had a specific filter cartridge, the guy who answered the phone seemed bothered I was asking if they had the specific model # and replied "yeah we got that" I told him I was on my way.
