I get frustrated at myself for being so hard to please when it comes to a good deep tissue massage and I'd say I've truly only had 1 in the past 10+ years that had me completely happy...until now!...

I have been seeing acupuncturist Natalia Manko @ the Spa Loft for almost a year. Yesterday I competed in a 2 day trail race. Not only did I place first in the race, it was my most energetic pain free race in a long time. It was the first time in 5 years that I left my knee sleeves @ home.
