New with Great Perks

This building opened late 2014 so it's new and has some great modern perks. It's in walking distance to several restaurants and convenient stores. Staff is very helpful and host lots of weekly events (kickboxing, Thirsty Thursday, movie nights outside, corn hole, etc) So there's lots of opportunities to meet the neighbors. There's an indoor dog wash station and small doggie area for pets to use...

This apartment is in the perfect area where you can walk to the metro, restaurants, gyms, stores.. The staff is great and always have some form of events for the residents to participate in, like thirsty Thursday, movie night, Monday night football, pool parties. Unlike other apartments living here feels like a home away from home.
