BAD EXPERIENCE:
The original order was changed without my knowledge. Once the changes were discussed, I asked for an e-mail to confirm updates and received nothing. Result: shades were shipped incorrectly AGAIN!. Once I was passed off to a manager, I had to track him down. HORRIBLE
