We are a family owned, local BBQ catering company originally from Georgia. We cater all events with our Southern style BBQ.

Our menu is simple:

* Pulled pork Sammies prepared Memphis style with a dry rub

* 2 sauces are served on the side; cider vinegar and a mustard based sauce

* 2 sides: a creamy homemade coleslaw and a Brunswick Stew.
