We stayed here with our two boys (17 & 14). The Hotel was beautiful, it was busy but a very pleasant experience. The lifts were frequent, the room was lovely and quiet and a decent size that fit all four of us comfortably. The bathroom was also fabulous and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very central, close to Grand Central Station.
