I like living at the Riv. I can get to class is 6 minutes walking. I like the fun activities they do all the time. Waffles once per month. B-day party once per month. Spin wheel to get free stuff. I have an awesome ward and my roommates are awesome too. The apartment is a little bit old, but the price is great, especially for being so close to school.

This place is horrible! Seriously DO NOT LIVE HERE! there are hidden fees so you think you will pay $139 but at the end you end up paying like $160ish, and the riviera staff are useless! that Ashton girl is brat and doesnt help you at all!

I love this place! And waffle Wednesday is awesome provided by Stephanie! And that staff girl Ashton is the Coolest girl ever! I love the staff here! Ps I stay in 27 I don't work here and I love it!

i am sitting with my roommate right now cracking up at the reviews people have made. everything is so true!!! one thing they failed to mention is PARKING!!! THERE IS NONE!!! university parking comes at 11pm (not 12) every night to boot people IT IS RIDICULOUS!!! the internet doesn't work half the time, and they never know how ti fix it... DON'T MOVE HERE!

I lived here in the Spring and Summer and I really enjoyed it. The Riviera apartments provided a fun enviroment and great ward. I really loved the apartments. Their rooms were large in comparison to any place I have previously stayed.
