All I can say is if you don't get a chance to eat at this establishment you are missing a gem of BQ restaurant..... Best food around. I will definitely be back next race season The Rib Shack is first stop on my next visit to Knoxville, IA.

Great bargain when you want to binge

Good prices and lots of food. Onion rings are really crispy. Ribs are tender but not melt in your mouth. I appreciated the fact that you could get a small portion.

Busy place Saturday night, had to stand in line for a few minutes. Service was quick for the amount of people in the place. We were with a group of 12, thank goodness for the picnic tables outside and the warm weather as there wasn't enough room for all of us inside. The food as usual was delicious! We always...

Love the bar-b-que brisket sandwich. The sides are also great, including the baked beans and the potato salad. Several choices of sauce to put on your sandwich.
