The staff and maintenance change often (every few months). Unprofessional, never opened for business. Constantly changing business hours. Make up rules as they feel fit never mind the contract. Maintenance crew is horrible. They can't fix anything and they are sloppy with their work. I also believe they are now allowing Section 8 folks in and you can definitely tale.
