maintenance takes forever to come out & fix any issues, & what is the point of a "gated" community when you leave the gate open for anyone to come in and out.

THIN walls, THIN walls! I do NOT NOT recommend living in this apartment complex! I just recently signed a lease, however the residents that live upstairs from me have a "grandfathered" clause where they are allowed to have pets over 75lbs (well that is what management is claiming). Before you sign. 1. Do a pre move inspection the day prior and list everything you want fixed on paper. You keep a copy and give them one. By law, it has to be fixed before you move in. None of that first 5 days crap.2. Drive by your apartment at night so you can see what it and the neighbors are like. You can see if it's has good lighting or gloomy. 3.
