The hotel is very conveniently located (within walking distance of the Dali Museum, numerous restaurants, movie theater, art galleries) and pleasant. Location was great in the heart of downtown and being so close to the marina. The hotel has history and character. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no free parking place around the hotel.

I unfortunately booked my room for the wrong date. Upon arrival, I discovered this mistake and so did the receptionists. However, they were extremely helpful and were able to find me a room quickly. The staff was friendly. It is unlike any hotel I have stayed in. If you are thinking it is similar to a Howard Johnson or Comfort...

We completely enjoyed out stay at the Ponce De Leon Hotel. We read some of the negative reviews and with traveling several decades together, we know how some customers are (self-centered, controlling & demanding). So, we tried it anyway and were very pleasantly surprised. The front end people were very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable.We have traveled a lot in Europe...

Reminded me of a European hotel with staff that seemed to come from all over the world. Could not say enough nice things about this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone!
And the location is amazing, ability to walk anywhere.....food/shops/movies, ect.
