I've lived in The Pines on two separate occassions. The first time, the Management wasn't very nice and the Park wasn't very nice. I moved here because it was closer to base and was "nicer" than the others around. I live here now and the Pool is open, the Basketball Court has ACTUAL BACKBOARDS AND GOAS. We are a Marine family and when my husband first told me he found us a place in a trailer park I was very skeptical. Weve been here for a few months now and its great. Its a nice quiet community. Lots of military families from what ive seen. The security guards are very nice and helpful. We did have one problem with our water on a Sunday evening and they still had someone out to fix it...

I had lived there for two years severa years ago. It is a nice place, guarded and such. The only problem I had with them was maintance problems. If me and my neighbor were doing wash at the same time, my toliet would over flow with soap bubbles.
