Wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to book another stay at the Phoenix Hotel. Great room, awesome bed, and the pool was warm. AND, Joe at the front desk was the nicest, most helpful and thoughtful guy we met in San Francisco, thank you to everyone at the hotel!
