I have been a customer for over two years and spent over 1500.00 on my pets at this location. It was time to renew BASIC heart worm meds for my pet and I was told I MUST bring the dogs in for a blood work and office visit before the vet would authorize 1800pet meds to fill the prescription. When I stopped in to ask why I was told that the company required the VET to do this visit. I know for a fact the company does NOT tell a vet they can not or can do the prescription. I had this location do the work originally and have kept my pets on the drugs ever since. There is no requirement to pay upwords of 400 dollars to keep my pets on heart worm medication. NOTE 1800 pet meds is 1/2 the price this location charges. I am not sure what changed in the last year and a half but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Not only do they try and guilt you into an office visit the Female vet that was there was in serious need of customer service skills. If this is the new VET They have I can only imagine they will soon be out of business or selling to a new VET. Either was you should get second opinions about what this place recommends. ALSO, I have got a vet to fill a prescription for me at 1800 pet meds and confirmed with him that the medication company does not tell the VET that they CAN NOT FILL THE prescription with out a yearly bloodwork and office visit. TOTAL RIP OFF

The Paw Patch Place is staffed with very kind and helpful people. They worked the best the could with my budgetary constraints and did everything possible for me. The rumors are confirmed, this is the place to bring your ailing animal in the Indy area.
