This program would not let me rate this less than 1 star. It should be minus stars. Management doesn't care about anything but making the money. There was a water leak causing my living room ceiling plaster to start falling off. It's been 3 months and the ceiling is still hanging and maintenance has never shown up. The kitchen is so small in my 1 bedroom that I can stand with arms outstretched...

These people are SLUM LORDS! Do not rent from them!!! Tenants are treated like crap and the apartments are unhealthy and dangerous. For the love of God, stay away from these people! The owners(Dewar) are known criminals. The only thing nice about it is that it is old downtown Overland Park.
