Help us make it rightThis is the worst place to live at. Been here for one year and had terrible mold issue. The office people do not do anything to help and only say have rentals insurance. Maintenance people are very lazy and they don't ever care about the residents. The manager will smile in your face and still wont get anything done... Worst place to live.. Hate it here.
This is a great apartment community in a great location in Tampa. They are very quick to respond to any issues and are always very friendly when talking to me even using my first name which is a nice, personal touch.
