The service was good , the food was not . Vegetables were extremely large(bad science exsperiment) and flavorless.. Lobster bisque...so-so. Two of the four meals were sent back one was ordered med rare and was delivered well done , the other steak had the appearance of a magled grissely muscle not fit for human consumption. Dan Foster and his incredible staff is on target. While I have enjoyed many great meals at The Palm, it has been sometime since I have been able to have lunch there. Well, I went last week and the experience has changed a little, it just got better. The staff is as good as it gets and Dan Foster is clearly the captain steering the ship.
