We enjoyed our time living at the Olivian from 2012 to 2014. Friendly staff. Nice environment.
It's a little bit pricey, but I think you get what you pay for.

The managing staff is extremely incopetent and unhelpful. There is construction going on next to it and it's an extremely tall hotel building so any view that you see on that side will be obstructed although they forget to mention that.
